What is the best way to make an appointment?

New Clients:

Please submit your booking request via email. I will respond with a brief questionnaire to ensure the session meets your needs, after which your appointment will be officially confirmed.

Upon booking, you will receive intake, agreement, and consent forms. Please complete and return these documents via scan or photo at least 24 hours prior to your session. Note that paperwork must be updated annually or if your medical history changes.

Existing Clients:

For appointments within 24 hours, please contact me directly via text or email.

What are your hours?

The best times to book are the following:

A $200 after-hours fee applies to requests outside regular hours. Please note that late-night requests cannot be accommodated, though exceptions are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Which areas do you provide?

I offer in-house services in Cedar Park, Leander, Georgetown, and North Austin within a 15-mile radius. Out-of-radius travel is available for sessions of 90 minutes or longer, and an additional travel fee will apply.

What forms are required for new clients at their first booking?

These forms are required once a year. However, if there are any changes to the client's health history, the intake form must be updated accordingly.

How much notice do I need to book?

Please request your appointment at least 48 hours in advance to allow time for consultation and paperwork. Same-day bookings may be accommodated for existing clients, subject to availability.

How do you handle payments?

New Clients

Payment: Full advance payment required.
Accepted Methods: Invoice, Venmo, or PayPal.

Returning Clients

Deposit: $50 required to secure your appointment time (via Invoice, Venmo, or PayPal).
Balance: Due at the time of service.
Accepted Methods: Cash, credit card, Apple Pay, Venmo, or PayPal.

Do you have a cancellation policy?

Yes, there will be a 100% fee for cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice, as well as no-shows within 15 minutes of the scheduled appointment. Please read my term and condition here.

What are the terms and conditions for using your services?

Do you offer new clients with a discount?

Here are some discount I provided.

If you have a flyer, please let me know during the booking process so I can give you 20% off your 60 and 90 minute session.
Get 10% off your next service when you refer a client.
Loyalty card: earn a stamp at each service to get a discount for every four or eight services.
Regular clients are occasionally given surprising scratch cards that can be used right away to redeem discounts.

Do you charge extra for mobile services?

All sessions include a travel fee within a 15-mile radius. Additional travel fees apply for locations beyond 15 miles and are available for 90-minute sessions and up only.

• Within 20 miles: +$20
• Within 25 miles: +$35

Locations farther than a 15-mile radius will be accepted on a case-by-case basis.

Can I add extra time to my session?

Yes! Please let me know during booking. I am happy to extend your session if there is availability before the next client.

30 minutes: $50 (Best value)

Extra time is perfect if you want me to focus deeply on a specific trouble area, or if you simply want to extend your experience for deeper relaxation.

Are you accepting insurance?

I am not.

Do I have to leave a tip?

Gratuity is at your discretion and deeply appreciated.

What is mobile massage?

Mobile or In House Massage Therapy can be provided to clients at their preferred places. I often visit clients at their homes or offices. For hotels, I will only accept if you have a couple massage booking with another therapist. Please make sure you have been in touch with the hotel to confirm that it is okay for me to do the service.

What Should I Expect During My First Session?

The therapist will arrive, sanitize, and set up the massage table with clean sheets.
Your intake form, needs, and goals will be reviewed before the session.
You will be asked to get comfortable on the table while properly draped.
The therapist will wash/sanitize hands and begin the massage session.
Pressure and comfort may be checked during the session.
After the session, you may discuss recommendations and follow-up care.
The therapist will clean up equipment, collect any remaining payment, and leave the location.

Which session offers the ultimate escape into deep, serene relaxation?

For pure, deep relaxation, I highly recommend my 90-minute or 120-minute sessions. This ensures ample time to melt away stress without feeling rushed, and includes a complimentary light face and scalp massage—a true favorite among my clients.

Do I need to have a drape?

Mandatory Draping: For your modesty and my professional standards, proper draping is strictly required throughout the entire session.
Minimum Requirement: At a minimum, draping consists of a full-body sheet or towel to ensure your intimate areas remain completely covered.
Targeted Exposure: Only the specific area being massaged will be uncovered at any given time, while the rest of your body remains fully draped.
Legal Compliance: Professional draping is a legal mandate required by state regulations and professional practice acts.

How do I prepare for my massage? What will the therapist bring?

Space Requirements: Please prepare a clear space of approximately 6x4 feet to accommodate the massage table and allow room to move around it freely.
Supplies Provided: I provide all professional essentials, including the table, fresh linens, lubricants, music, and sanitizing supplies.
Personal Comfort: You are welcome to customize your environment with your own music, candles, or twin-sized sheets if you prefer.
Client Privacy: Once setup is complete, I will step out to give you full privacy to undress to your comfort level and position yourself face-down under the flat sheet.

Can my face get massage, too?

Yes! While my primary focus is bodywork, I include a light face massage in all sessions that are 90 minutes and up.

Will the massage be painful?

Modalities like deep tissue therapy do require firmer pressure to work through tight knots, but the treatment should never be highly uncomfortable. If the pressure ever feels too intense for you to breathe naturally and relax, please let me know right away so I can adjust it.

Can I talk during the massage?

Every client relaxes differently. While some enjoy light conversation, others prefer a completely quiet experience. To allow you to fully unwind, I will follow your lead regarding conversation, though I generally remain quiet to focus entirely on your treatment. Your comfort is always under your control—please let me know at any point if you would like lighter or deeper pressure. I will also occasionally check in with you during our session to ensure you are entirely at ease.

What if I have allergies or sensitivities to lubricants?

Please let me know if you are allergic to any oils, lotions, or fragrances. My lotion and oil are fragrance-free, but I also have an oil with a light aroma that is all natural, with the exception of CBD oil and Sukaya, which have a greater scent.

What measures are taken to avoid hygiene issues?

To ensure the highest standards of safety and cleanliness, my equipment is thoroughly sanitized before and after every use. A fresh, clean sheet set is provided for each session; however, you are welcome to provide your own twin-sized linens if you prefer. To respect your privacy and maintain strict hygiene, I perform thorough hand and arm washing while you are changing before and after your treatment.

If I add on Sukaya oil for $30, is it for a single use or how does it work?

You will receive a brand-new bottle. One bottle lasts for multiple applications, so any leftover is yours to keep! Use it at home between appointments, or for your next session.

Do you accept clients that smoke?

I'm sensitive to the smell of smoke, but it's okay if you don't smoke before I get there.

What happens if I have pets?

Pet Placement: For their safety and your optimal relaxation, please secure pets in a separate room prior to my arrival.
Distraction-Free Environment: Keeping pets in another room ensures a seamless setup and an uninterrupted massage experience. Kindly review my entire policy.

What if I have a baby or a toddler?

Childcare Policy: While I absolutely love infants and children, I kindly request that they remain in a separate room with a caregiver during your session.
Undivided Focus: This policy ensures your safety on the table, minimizes distractions, and allows you to fully immerse yourself in relaxation.

Is the service available in my apartment and my workplace?

Yes, in a particular apartment and workplace with enough space for massage table, parking, and elevators.

Which age range do you accept?

I welcome seniors as well as those who are 17 years of age and older.

Do you take both male and female clients?

At this time, I am accepting new female clients; male clients are welcome by referral only.

What if you got there and I wasn't home?

Arrival & Preparation

Early Arrival: I arrive 15-20 minutes before your session to set up, review intake forms, and prepare.

Late Arrivals

15-Minute Grace Period: Arriving more than 15 minutes late is considered a no-show.
No-Show Policy: No-shows will be charged the full amount of the scheduled session.
Shortened Sessions: If you are late, your session must still end at the original time.
Reduced Treatment: A shortened session will focus on a targeted area rather than a full-body massage.

Can I record or take pictures?

Photos and videos taken are not acceptable due to my private and professional boundaries. As well as a ring or house camera.

What if I have certain medical conditions?

Some conditions may require medical clearance or adjustments to the massage technique.

What are your boundaries?

Zero-Tolerance Policy: To ensure a safe and respectful environment, I maintain strict professional boundaries.
Inappropriate Conduct: Any inappropriate behavior or suggestive communication will result in the immediate termination of the session.
Hygiene Standards: Clients must maintain proper hygiene; sessions may be declined or ended if hygiene standards are not met.
Full Payment: Sessions terminated due to conduct or hygiene violations will be charged the full amount.
