What is the best way to make an appointment?

New Clients:

Please book via email. I will respond with a few questions to determine how I can best help you, after which your appointment will be confirmed. Upon booking, you will receive an intake form to complete, scan, or photograph and return. This form is required annually or if your medical history changes.

Existing Clients:

For appointments within 24 hours, please contact me directly via text or email.

What are your hours?

The best times to book are the following:

Mondays: 10.00am-2.00pm.

Weekend and holiday may also be available.

For private massage party and couple massages, please feel free to reach out if you're interested in a weekend or holiday booking. I may be available to accommodate after-hours requests when needed.

Which is a great way to contact you?

The simplest way to contact me is via email and text message.

What is mobile massage?

Mobile or In House Massage Therapy can be provided to clients at their preferred places. I often visit clients at their homes or offices. For hotels, I will only accept if you have a couple massage booking with another therapist. Please make sure you have been in touch with the hotel to confirm that it is okay for me to do the service.

What’s a good, relaxing, beginner-friendly massage?

I’d love for you to experience my Gentle Grace Massage. This Swedish technique is perfect for reducing anxiety, easing the nervous system, and promoting total relaxation.

Which areas do you provide?

I offer in-house services in Cedar Park, Leander, Georgetown, and North Austin within a 15-mile radius.

What type of massage do you specialize in?

Swedish, deep tissue, integrated, and therapeutic Thai massages.

Are you accepting insurance?

I am not at this time.

How much notice do I need to book?

While it is advisable to plan at least 48 hours in advance because there is a step in the booking process as well as time to fill out an intake form, same-day appointments may be acceptable for existing clients, depending on availability.

Do you have a cancellation policy?

Yes, there will be a 100% fee for cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice, as well as no-shows within 15 minutes of the scheduled appointment. Please read my term and condition here.

How do you handle payments?

New clients:

Full payment required via Venmo or Paypal.

Returning clients:

Cash, credit card, or Apple Pay accepted.

Do you charge extra for mobile services?

I do charge $25 for traveling within a 15-mile radius.

Do you offer new clients with a discount?

Here are some discount I provided.

If you have a flyer, please let me know during the booking process so I can give you 20% off your Genty Grace session.
Get 10% off your next service when you refer a client.
Loyalty card: earn a stamp at each service to get a discount for every four or eight services.
Regular clients are occasionally given surprising scratch cards that can be used right away to redeem discounts.

Do you offer gift certificates?

No, not at this time.

How the Private Massage Party Works?

Turn your gathering into a relaxing escape. Each quest enjoys a 40-minute hands-on massage, while others unwind, chat, and savor the moment. CBD oil is included and optional for n extra touch of indulgence.

How couples massage works?

A couples massage is similar to the private massage party style setup and is performed back-to-back. Each person receives a 50-minute hands-on massage, with a few minutes in between sessions to properly sanitize and reset the table for the next client. With optional CBD oil to enhance the experience.

Why choose a mobile massage?

A mobile massage brings relaxation to you, perfect for stay-at-home parents, remote workers, or anyone who prefers the comfort of home. Enjoy a pampering break while the kids nap or between work tasks, then return to your day feeling refreshed.

What happens if I have pets?

For their safety as well as your own relaxation, it is advised that they be placed in a different room prior to I am arriving. Kindly review my entire policy.

What if I have a baby or a toddler?

I adore babies, however please keep them in a separate room while I massage you to maximize your relaxation and minimize distractions.

Do you accept clients that smoke?

I'm sensitive to the smell of smoke, but it's okay if you don't smoke before I get there.

Is the service available in my apartment?

Yes, I do, in a particular apartment with parking and elevators.

Do I need to have a drape?

Yes, for your modesty and my professionalism, I do need to drape during the session. A whole body sheet without an additional blanket for warmth or a big towel to cover your intimate parts is the bare minimum I'm willing to drape. I undrape the particular area I'm working on at the moment while maintaining a full body drape. Most states' Practice Acts also specify and mandate appropriate drapery.

What should I expect during my first session?

I likely will go over your needs and goals as well as the intake form you completed before the appointment.

Can my face get massage, too?

Yes, I do include a light face massage as part of my session, but my main focus is bodywork.

How do I prepare for my massage? What will the therapist bring?

Please ensure there is enough space for the massage table, which requires an area of approximately 6x4 feet, allowing room to move around it. I will provide all necessary supplies, including cleaning items, massage table, lubricant, music, and linens. However, you are welcome to use personal items to enhance your relaxation—such as your own music, candles, or your own twin-sized sheet set if that makes you more comfortable. Once the table is set up, I will give you privacy to undress to your comfort level and lie face down under the sheet.

Which age range do you accept?

I welcome seniors as well as those who are 17 years of age and older.

Do you take both male and female clients?

At this time, I only accept female clients or couple massages.

Do you do hospice massage?

Yes, I believe that a massage is necessary for both an active healthy individual in need of relaxation and relief, as well as a hospice patient. Sessions are customized to client's condition and may include light touch, hand and foot massage, and calming techniques to support physical and emotional well-being. Patients will most likely remain in their beds and may not be required to undress, however this is up to the client's desires.

Mandate Draping will be case-by-case approach is standard for identifying and managing physical limitations (e.g., pain, contractures, or severe frailty) that make strict, traditional draping difficult or uncomfortable for the patient.

What if you got there and I wasn't home?

To ensure the best experience, I arrive 20 minutes early to set up, review intake forms, and prepare for your session. Please note that I work strictly by appointment. If you do not arrive within 15 minutes of your scheduled time, the session will be considered a no-show, and the full amount will be charged. If you are running late, I will do my best to get started immediately, but your session time will be reduced to fit the original schedule, resulting in a targeted area treatment rather than a full-body massage.

Can I record or take pictures?

Photos and videos taken are not acceptable due to my private and professional boundaries. As well as a ring or house camera, if necessary, without revealing my face.

What if I have allergies or sensitivities to lubricants?

Please let me know if you are allergic to any oils, lotions, or fragrances. My lotion and oil are fragrance-free, but I also have an oil with a light aroma that is all natural, with the exception of CBD oil and Sukaya, which have a greater scent.

Will the massage be painful?

Massage may require harder pressure, particularly with deep tissue therapy, but it should not be too uncomfortable.

What if I have certain medical conditions?

Some conditions may require medical clearance or adjustments to the massage technique.

Can I talk during the massage?

It is up to you; while some people find relaxation in silence, others like to converse. I prefer to concentrate on my work, so I won't take the initiative. If you want lighter or deeper pressure, please let me know. However, I will occasionally check in with you to make sure you are at ease.

What are your boundaries?

Do I have to leave a tip?

Tipping is optional, but it is always appreciated.

What measures are taken to avoid hygiene issues?

The table will be sanitized before and after each usage. A clean sheet set will be used for each session (you are welcome to use your own; it is twin size), and I will wash my hands and arms while you getting ready on the table as well as while you are getting dressed.

How can I know if it's safe for you to visit my house?

Safety is my top priority. Yes, I expect the same. Before receiving my license, I had to pass a criminal background check and have a clean record. Aside from doing my job, I have no other plans. Please read my policy here
